Alan Kensek

After spending my childhood and young adult years in Connecticut and earning both my Undergraduate and Graduate degrees, I moved to Manhattan to pursue my career and where I spent much of my adult life. Manhattan proved to be a stepping stone to Washington DC, having settled here nine years ago.

I currently work at a corporation in DC which allows me the ability to continue my life-long service to both the private and public service sectors.

I truly enjoy helping others and getting things done. This is why I was re-elected to a second term to be your Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for 1B05. Being your ANC will allow me to continue serving you and our amazing community.
