The Community Engagement Committee (CE) shall endeavor to increase public participation in Commission-related activities and promote the Commission at a grassroots level, increase community access to the Commission and promote public awareness of the Commission’s role and its activities by executing various strategies and utilizing various mediums of communication.  

*In 2024 the ANC1B Community Engagement Committee was combined with the Public Safety Committee. The minutes and highlights from 2024 reflect this joint committee.

Hosting Inspiring Guests: Welcomed representatives from the Neighborhood Watch Program and Rita Bright Family and Youth Center to foster collaboration and community resilience.
