The Committee of the Whole, comprising all Commission members and committee chairpersons, is convened at least seven days in advance of a regularly scheduled Commission meeting, to advise the Chairperson on the preparation of the draft Commission agenda. The chairperson of the Committee of the Whole shall be the Commission Chairperson.
