Update as of August 7, 2024: Whereas the original application has sought two variances, one from the maximum permitted percentage of lot occupancy set forth under Subtitle G, Sec. 210.1 and Subtitle C, Sec 202.2 (c), the ZA has determined that the more appropriate relied under Subtitle C, Sec. 202..2 (c), is a special exception. The additional submissions therefore only correct the areas of relief requested, per the ZA's determination.
